In May 2023, he was named the franchise’s inaugural Associate Head Coach, joining Head Coach Kashif “Stretch” Johnson in building the foundation of the Neptunes program.
Brown’s coaching résumé includes extensive experience across both scholastic and military basketball. Most recently, he served as Assistant Varsity Coach at Hampton Christian Academy during the 2022–23 season, where he helped lead the program to its first-ever appearance in the VISAA Division IV State Championship game. His leadership contributed to the Raptors earning four consecutive national #1 rankings and three WAMAC Conference regular-season championships.
In addition to his coaching career, Brown is the founder of AlphaElite Performance and Training, a specialized program dedicated to developing athletes in speed, agility, endurance, balance, and explosive performance. His commitment to player development and team success continues to be a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy.
